Terms and Conditions

The Use of the website signifies full acceptance of the legal conditions. Please read these Terms and Condition carefully before using our site. The JobsCentral.ph may amend the Terms and Conditions from time to time for legal or regulatory reasons, or to ensure the proper and smooth operation of the site at any time without notice. These Terms and Conditions were last updated in June 2014.


Registration

You must choose a username and password on completion of registration. You shall be responsible for all actions taken under that username and password. You should not disclose your username and password to any other person.


Membership

The site services are not available to, and may not be used by, persons under the age of 18 years of age. If you are under 18 years old, you can use this service only in conjunction with the supervision of a parent or guardian. If you are business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to this agreement.

  1. To access or use certain parts of the site, you must register as a member(Job Seeker or Employer) of the JobsCentral.ph. Generally, registration is free.
  2. When registering as a member, you must provide us with accurate, complete and up-to-date registration information, as requested. It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to your registration information. We will treat your personal information strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  3. You must not register as:
    • a member multiple times.
    • a Employer if your are not Legitimate Company.
    • a user to impersonate or create a membership for any person other than yourself.
  4. You must ensure the security and confidentiality of your membership details, including any username and/or password. You are wholly responsible for all activities which occur under your membership details. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your membership details. You must not permit your membership details to be used by or transferred to any other person.
  5. We may request at any time a form of identification to verify your identity.

Condition of Use

  1. By using the site and/or the services, the User is agree to be bound by this terms and conditions.
  2. The User shall be personally responsible for the User Content and for the use of the site and/or the services, including without limitation, the User shall use the site and/or the services:
    • at its own risk; and
    • in accordance with all regulations, policies and procedures of the site.
  3. The User shall not use the site:
    • to store, retrieve, transmit or view any file, data, image or program that contains-
      • any false, misleading, fraudulent or inaccurate information about itself and/or its postings;
      • any harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene or otherwise objectionable material of any kind or nature;
      • any material that encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national or international law or regulation;
      • any code or material that violates the copyright, trademark, trade secret or intellectual property rights of others; or
      • any computer viruses, worms, "Trojan horses" or any other similar contaminating or destructive features; and
    • for spamming, chain letters or other use that may otherwise disrupt the JobsCentral.ph services and/or networks.
    • to send unsolicited mail or e-mail, making unsolicited phone calls or sending unsolicited faxes and/or advertise any products or services by directly posting within the Services or by making unsolicited contact with any user via email, telephone, postal mail, or any other method of communication.
  4. The User shall not provide and/or cause to be provided any information which:
    • is false, inaccurate or misleading;
    • involves the sale of counterfeit or stolen items, or any other fraudulent act;
    • is defamatory;
    • contains pornographic or obscene materials;
    • introduces, spreads or is intended to introduce and/or spread contents or propaganda of racist nature;
    • contains any computer viruses and/or other computer programming routines that may damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information;
    • creates liability for the JobsCentral.ph or causes the JobsCentral.ph to lose, in whole or in part, the services of its Internet Service Providers or other suppliers; and/or
    • violates or breaches any regulations, policies and/or procedures of the site.
  5. The User shall not:
    • use any device, software, or routing to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper operation of the site or any activity being conducted on it;
    • access or attempt to log into a server or account for which the User has no access authorization, or duplicate, modify, distribute or display any of the data or files from any such account; and
    • attempt to gain unauthorised access to any servers controlled by the Company or decipher, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any software used in connection with the site.
  6. The JobsCentral.ph reserves the right to remove, at its sole discretion, any item and/or content posted by the User in order to comply with any regulation, policy and/or procedure of the site.

Termination

We reserve the right to, in our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your membership or access to all or any part of the site, including if we believe you are abusing the services in any way, without warning and/or notice.

The trademarks, service marks, brands, names, logos and designs of JobsCentral.ph or others used on this site and in the Services are the property of JobsCentral.ph


Intellectual Property

The JobsCentral.ph contains material that is protected by copyright. In particular, you may not use any material on the JobsCentral.ph to establish, maintain or provide, or assist in establishing, maintaining or providing your own publications, Internet site or other means of distribution.

This site contains copyright material, trade names and other proprietary information, including but not limited to, texts, designs, images, graphics, software, databases, logos, layout, trademarks and other elements of the site belong to JobsCentral.ph.
